The Process
- We support participants to find suitable decent accommodation in the right suburb for you
- Ask your Support Coordinator to contact Robert 0437-017-180 or housing@ahhlifeskills.com
- Call Robert to organise a walk-through visit of the property and time for questions
- If you choose the property Robert will write a ‘Roster of Care’ and provide a ‘SIL quote’ to the NDIS
- The whole process from start to end takes 4-6 weeks

AHH is an experienced SIL provider with over 7 years of experience and 9 homes currently in operation. We support participants to live as independently as possible in a safe, supportive, and connected environment.
What’s Included
Our SIL services provide 24/7 tailored support, including assistance with cooking, cleaning, laundry, personal care, and community access. Participants are encouraged to take an active role in their home, building independence and confidence.
Each home is supported by a dedicated Team Leader, with regular progress updates shared with families and stakeholders.
Opportunities
Participants have access to our Day Options program and weekend excursions, including Saturday Night Social (SNS).
We also offer SIL-exclusive outings, work experience opportunities at Hahndorf Café and Wunderbar Farm, as well as pathways into employment, micro-enterprises, and skill development.

Referral Process
Are you ready to take the next step?
- Referral from Support Coordinator or Decision-Maker
- Review NDIS plan, Positive Behaviour Support Plan and supporting documentation
- Meet and greet with Housing team
- Compatibility assessment and intake risk assessment
- Trial visits in selected house for compatibility confirmation
- Transition planning with individualised transition period, stages and objectives
- Sign Service Agreement, Rooming House Agreement and complete all required documentation
- Move in!
